Hollywood Vocal Studios was founded by Adreana Gonzalez and Lee Lontoc in 2005. The two met while apprenticing under Seth Riggs at the prestigious Speech Level Singing International Society, composed of Los Angeles’ best and most sought-after singing coaches. The two spent over ten years working up the program’s ranks before finally achieving Master Coach status among their mentors and peers. 

Lee and Adreana were also part of the Education Advisory Group for Speech Level Singing for a combined 10 years. It was their responsibility to insure  SLS teachers received and fulfilled their training for teacher certification. 

Soon after achieving Master status, Lee and Adreana decided to branch out out on their own in order to share their passion and knowledge with an even wider range of individuals. After years spent working with some of the greatest celebrities inthe singing world, they wanted to help foster new talent. They set up shop in the heart of Los Angles’ Miracle Mile where they operated for 12 years. 

For more than a decade, Adreana and Lee helped hone some of today’s greatest vocalists, both amateur and professional. With connections throughout the entertainment landscape and an impeccable reputation, HVS is regularly called upon to help consult, coach and develop talent for major lables such as: Capital Records, Universal Music Group, BMG, Sony Music, Virgin Recrds, Hollywood Records, Hollywood Music Group, Mercury UK, A&R Worldwide, Roadrunner Records, 3Ring Circus, Geffen Records, Island Records, TVG and more. 

The Coronavirus Pandemic changed the world at large and also the HVS Family. In the summer of 2020, Lee and Adreana ended the lease on their longtime studio, looking towards the future and new horizons. Lee moved to Tennessee where he established The Hollywood Vocal Studos Nashville catering to the professional  community in Music City. However, he continues to regularly work in Los Angeles as well as teach online.  Adreana stayed on the West Coast, taking the lead as the head of HVS Los Angeles, where she is currently developing a new studio space with expanded offerings. A focus on technique, diligence and professionalism are at the core of both HVC outposts, so no matter where you might be located you can be guaranteed a world-class vocal education.
